When he resurfaces after a decade in South Africa, Ryan Reynolds’ agent is charged with maintaining his safety at a local Safe House, before he is set to be transferred back to the U.S. When they come under ambush, all bets are off as to how this thriller will unfold.
Washington, normally one of the most adored men on screen, relishes in portraying a bad guy. His role in Training Day earned him an Oscar. To see him at his best bad self in Safe House, if it’s half the treat Training Day was, he will set off cinematic fireworks.
