With the arrival of the first trailer for Skyfall (below), Daniel Craig has more than let us know he is in the upper echelons of actors who have that license to kill. Each person who has played James Bond has brought something different to the role. Sean Connery set the standard, George Lazenby had a great one and gone role, Roger Moore brought it into the kitschy 1970’s, Timothy Dalton had a Shakespearean quality to his super spy, while Pierce Brosnan gave the role a whole lot of flash and style. Then, there is Craig, who has in many ways brought us back to the beginning by channeling Connery’s brutish and sexy hero, while still having the style of Brosnan and the acting chops of Dalton and Brosnan.
