The long-awaited Django Unchained trailer has dropped! I won't make you read anything before you watch it. Except for that. Sorry.
Quentin Tarantino's latest revenge flick stars Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, Christoph Waltz, and Samuel L. Jackson (The Avengers). From the looks of it, fans can expect a performance from Waltz on par with his stellar work in Tarantino's last film, Inglorious Basterds.
In Django Unchained, Jamie Foxx plays a slave named Django, who is promised freedom if he can lead a bounty hunter to his men, and save his own wife in the process. Foxx, who began his career as a comedian, is certainly capable of handling dramatic roles, as he won the Academy Award for his role as Ray Charles in Ray.
Django Unchained hits theaters December 25. That same day, you can see Leonardo DiCaprio in the title role of Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby.
