Happy families in horror movies need to stop moving into new suburban 'dream' homes. It's gonna have ghosts in there. Just watch the House at the End of the Street trailer for proof. Sinister is a new horror/thriller from the producer of the Paranormal Activity series (check out some Paranormal Activity 3 quotes). The film follows a true crime novelist who, after discovering a box of disturbing home movies in his new home, opens a door to a terrifying supernatural realm.
The film also stars Vincent D'Onofrio as a paranormal expert, as well as James Ransone and Juliet Rylance. Catch Sinister in theaters October 5, 2012.
