Steven Spielberg's upcoming biopic Lincoln will focus on the last few months of the President's life, as opposed to Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, which focused on his vamp-axin' days.
DreamWorks Pictures has given Lincoln a release date. The film will come out in select theaters November 9, with a wide release a week later on November 16.
Lincoln combines one of our generation's greatest actors, one of our generation's greatest directors, and one of our country's greatest presidents: David Spade, Rob Zombie, and Millard Fillmore. Er wait, that's the wrong movie.
This one stars Daniel Day-Lewis as Lincoln, with Sally Field as Mary Todd Lincoln, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Dark Knight Rises) as their son Robert. James Spader, Hal Holbrook, and Tommy Lee Jones (Men In Black 3) also star.
