If you're not reading this from your iPhone in line at the theater for a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises, then you're not a true fan! Okay, that's not true, but tonight's premiere figures to be the biggest film event of the summer (perhaps bigger than The Avengers?).
Why is TDKR so huge? Well, because it's not just a superhero movie. It's the end of a beloved superhero trilogy. If you need to get caught up, check out this new trailer that takes fans through all three films:
From Batman Begins and Ra's al Ghul, to The Dark Knight and the Joker, and finally The Dark Knight Rises and Bane, the trailer highlights all the villains of the trilogy.
The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, and Anne Hathaway, with Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, and Gary Oldman also appearing.
