Hough will play a recent college grad who runs into a one-night stand from her past. The only problem? He's also her sister's ex-boyfriend. The writer of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Ol Parker, will direct.
A dancer, singer, and two-time Dancing with the Stars champion, Hough has started to make a name for herself as an actress. She appeared earlier this year in the jukebox musical Rock of Ages. She will also appear in the latest Nicholas Sparks adaptation, Safe Haven.
