Ed Burns and Rachel Nichols share more than a police partnership in Alex Cross, the duo are budding lovers. The pair sat down with Movie Fanatic recently for an exclusive video interview where they dished what was the best part of working with the other. "We immediately clicked," Burns said and laughed.
"The first day we worked together was for a love scene and I'm in boy shorts and a nude bra," Nichols added. Guess it helps that they got along!
The pair also dish what their favorite cop movies are, as well as what it was like to have a man in Tyler Perry as a co-star in the James Patterson page-to-screen effort who knows not only what it is like to be a fellow actor, but also to have a highly successful career as a writer, director and producer.
"That's part of the reason why he was a perfect choice for the part," Burns said. "Alex Cross in the book is a big guy, a smart guy and a serious guy. Tyler Perry is all of those things."
