LEGO is developing its first feature-length film, and the cast is quickly growing! Warner Bros. announced today that Will Ferrell (Anchorman), Alison Brie, Liam Neeson (Taken), and Nick Offerman will join the voice cast.
The four actors join Will Arnett, Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games), Chris Pratt and Morgan Freeman, who have already been announced to be part of the film.
Pratt will voice Emmett, an ordinary LEGO man who is mistakenly identified as the person with the key to saving the world. Drafted into a secret society of heroes, the incredibly under-prepared Emmett must help to stop an evil tyrant from world domination.
Phil Lord and Christopher Miller wrote the script and direct. LEGO is scheduled for a February 28, 2014 release date.
