The film stars Charlie Sheen as a ladies man (who's going to buy that?) in the 1970s named Charles Swan III, whose life spirals out of control after his girlfriend dumps him. Hitting rock bottom, Swan begins to have fever dreams of his past relationships.
Patricia Arquette, Aubrey Plaza (Funny People), Jason Schwartzman, Bill Murray (Groundhog Day), and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) also star.
Roman Coppola wrote the script, directed, and produced. A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III premiered at the Rome Film Festival on November 15, and will hit theaters February 8, 2013.
