Three new blockbuster hits are landing in theaters this weekend. There should be something for everyone in the mix.
The highly anticipated I am Number Four, starring Alex Pettyfer and Dianna Agron should satisfy the teen and young adult audience.
The Liam Neeson blockbuster thriller Unknown is set to hit theaters targeting an older audience and trying to capitalize on the success of Neeson's previous hit Taken.
Early box office indicators show I Am Number Four is leading the pack, with Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son, starring Martin Lawrence potentially set to come in at a distant second.
So what should you see? Here's a recap of what the three films have to offer.
I Am Number Four - John is an extraordinary teen, masking his true identity and passing as a typical high school student to elude a deadly enemy seeking to destroy him. Three like him have already been killed ... he is Number Four. He must fight to survive, along with number six, who shows up to help him defeat the enemy and stay alive. The film stars Alex Pettyfer, Dianna Agron, Theresa Palmer, and Callan McAuliffe.
Unknown - A man awakens from a coma, only to discover that someone has taken on his identity and that no one, (not even his wife), believes him. With the help of a young woman, he sets out to prove who he is who he says. The film stars Liam Neeson, Aiden Quinn, and January Jones.
Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son - Martin Lawrence is back to play his infamous big momma role. This time, he's bringing his son into it, played by Brandon T. Jackson. FBI agent Malcolm Turner and his 17-year-old son, Trent, go undercover at an all-girls performing arts school after Trent witnesses a murder. Posing as Big Momma and Charmaine, they must find the murderer before he finds them.
