The first poster for After Earth has debuted, featuring a futuristic ship crash-landed on a beautiful terrestrial landscape. Check it out:
M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense) directs the film, which marks the first time he'll direct a film he didn't also write. 1,000 years after humanity flees Earth due to a cataclysmic event, General Cypher Raige and his son Kitai, played by real-life father and son Will Smith (I Am Legend) and Jaden Smith, crash land on the abandoned planet.
Cypher is seriously injured by the crash, and Kitai must traverse the dangerous Earth, evading super-evolved animals and aliens. Isabelle Fuhrman, Kristofer Hivju, Gabriel Caste, and Zoe Kravitz also star.
