Director Marc Webb tweeted a photo from the set of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, featuring two agents holding out their FBI badges. Take a look:
Does the picture mean that the FBI is coming after Peter Parker? Or maybe that they're investigating Oscorp? Webb didn't specify how they fit into the plot of the superhero sequel.
Andrew Garfield returns as Parker, with Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy. Joining the cast are Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained) as Electro, Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn, Shailene Woodley (Divergent) as Mary Jane Watson, and Paul Giamatti as the Rhino.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will hit theaters May 2, 2014.
