Production has begun on the film Prisoners, directed by Denis Villeneuve.
The film stars Hugh Jackman as Keller Dover, a father whose daughter has gone missing, along with her best friend. When the only suspect is arrested and released, Dover decides to take the investigation into his own hands.
Jack Gyllenhaal place the detective leading the case, with Paul Dano as the innocent suspect. Maria Bello, Terrence Howard (Movie 43), Viola Davis (Beautiful Creatures), and Melissa Leo also star.
Prisoners is scheduled for a September 20 release.
