In a quiet week on the DVD and Blu-Ray release front with Transformers: Dark of the Moon looking to rule the home video charts.
The third film in the Transformers franchise comes home, a classic gets its due on Blu-Ray and the world awaits the October 4 Blu-Ray release of the current box office champ, Lion King.
Transformers Dark of the Moon: Shia LaBeouf is back and it is the entire planet that is threatened this time out. LaBeouf’s character is out of work and publically ridiculed for his very public statements about the Transformers. He has lost Megan Fox and gained Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, a woman who works for a mysterious man (Patrick Dempsey) whose good-bad scale is clearly gray.

But, Transformers Dark of the Moon begins with the historic Moon landing and how it was in fact a secret mission that discovers we are not alone in the galaxy.
That vital piece of information being withheld from the Autobots in their battle against the Decepticons could wipe the human race off the planet.
The Blu-Ray and DVD include dozens of extras, and as director Michael Bay does on his films, many are completely fascinating.
Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song stars Pretty Little Liars breakout Lucy Hale in the role of a modern day Cinderella, complete with awful step siblings and parent. The songs are catchy, the premise is cute and it is the rare film that adults and teens can both enjoy.
