Riddick fends off a Merc in this new still from Riddick, posted on Vin Diesel's Facebook wall (as he is wont to do):
Diesel stars once again as the popular antihero. This time, he finds himself left for dead on an alien planet, forced to fend off alien bounty hunters before returning home to save his planet from destruction.
Karl Urban (Star Trek Into Darkness), Katee Sackhoff, Jordi Molla, Bokeen Woodbine, Dave Batista (The Man with the Iron Fists), and Nolan Gerard Funk also star.
Riddick is directed by David Twohy, and will premiere September 6.
