Michael Caine is clearly Christopher Nolan's favorite person.
The British actor has appeared in all three of Nolan's Batman movies, as well as the films The Prestige, and Inception. Now, he has been added to the cast of Nolan's latest film, Interstellar.
The sci-fi film is based on a scientific theory by physicist Kip S. Thorne. It is being described as an interstellar journey to the depths of science.
Nolan's brother and frequent co-writer Jonathan wrote the script, with Christopher providing a rewrite.
Caine can next be seen in the magic-themed thriller, Now You See Me.
