The film tells the story of a family who all come together in Oklahoma after their father commits suicide. Meryl Streep stars as the family matriarch, with Sam Shepard as the late patriarch.
Julia Roberts, Margo Martindale, Chris Cooper, Benedict Cumberbatch, (Star Trek Into Darkness) Ewan McGregor, Juliette Lewis, Dermot Mulroney, and Abigail Breslin (Ender's Game) also star.
John Wells directs August: Osage County, which is based on the play by Tracy Letts. The film will premiere November 8.
