Arthur Christmas is the perfect Christmas film for children of all ages -- equally funny whether you’re six or sixty. Aardman Animation and Sony Pictures Animation have released not one, but five new clips from Arthur Christmas in anticipation for the film’s November 23 release.
Arthur Christmas stars the vocal talents of Hugh Laurie, James McAvoy, Jim Broadbent, Ashley Jensen (who we spoke to at an Arthur Christmas event) and Bill Nighy.
The film takes audiences into the well oiled machine that is the Santa Claus family and how they deliver billions of presents in one magical night.
McAvoy is Arthur, second in line to the title of Santa Claus. First in line to take it from Santa Senior (Broadbent) is Laurie’s Steve. Laurie’s character is driven and from the outside, appears to be not only the heir to the Santa sleigh, but also be the most qualified of Santa’s sons.
