We get more of an idea of the feel of Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows in the film’s first TV spot. For one, there is quite a bit of humor. Johnny Depp’s Barnabas Collins awakes from a two century long slumber in the world of the early 1970’s. Discos are big and where once horses were his mode of transportation -- he now learns we use a “Chevy.” And our favorite part of the trailer has to be when he attacks the TV trying to get rid of the God-awful music coming from it!
