The film is split into three parts, directed by Bryan Ramirez, Kerry Valderrama and Bryan Oritz, respectively. Each segment focuses on a different patient in a mental institution.
Malcom McDowell (Silent Hill: Revelation), Lou Diamond Phillips, Robert Englund, David Mazouz, and John Glover star. Sanitarium will premiere at the Miami International Film Festival on March 1.
