Mark Wahlberg has always been a straight shooter, whether off screen or on screen. With the premiere of the 2 Guns red band trailer, we get to see that he is now playing a character in a movie that couldn't be more of a straight shooter... literally! As he says in the clip, "I never miss."
And as we've seen the movie (our review is coming), it is true: The man cannot miss. And believe us, that comes in quite handy on a multitude of occasions.
As could be seen from the very first 2 Guns trailer, Washington and Wahlberg are each undercover agents, yet neither knows the other is working for the law. It's an interesting premise of a film and although we cannot say much until the embargo is lifted, we can say this: Washington and Wahlberg are a match made in heaven.
2 Guns also features Bill Paxton in a role that is frankly unforgettable and look closely for another star who you will not recognize... Paula Patton. She's come a long way from fighting with Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol.
