Cohen has surrounded himself in this film with some of the foremost improvisational actors around, as evidenced by The Dictator helicopter scene, and Fred Armisen absolutely falls under that category. Armisen, known for his work on SNL and Portlandia is no stranger to snappy comedic cameos, one of the most memorable of which being Tino from Anchorman (check out some Anchorman quotes).
The Dictator is in theaters now, so if you haven't seen it yet, you still have a chance.
